Mr. Bridi’s client was hit by a flower thrown by defendant in a fit of rage. There was no treatment for any physical injuries. Mr. Bridi was able to recover the settlement by creatively invoking the defendant’s homeowner’s insurance policy.
- Assault and battery claim - A $35,000 settlement.
Mr. Bridi’s two clients were assaulted by a bouncer in a San Diego bar, but received no physical injuries or medical treatment.
- Loan modification - Reduced loan obligation of approximately $250,0000 to a settlement of $5,000.
